Entering the new millennium, SPRC is serving over 200
households annually through our weatherization services.
We are currently seeking to pursue alternate funding and
partner with other agencies to continue our
redevelopment and acquisition mission for vacant
buildings throughout Brooklyn. We continue to manage
buildings, provide technical assistance and organize
tenants associations.
Mr. Ramos, This note is to inform you that I have
decently had extensive work done in my home by by your
staff. These men were clean, courteous considerate and
cheerful- and they worked very hard. Thank you for
sending them, to take care of the problems found. I
would also like to express my appreciation for the work
done. It has definitely improved the warmth of my house,
