How does it work?
If your building qualifies, WAP provides funds for landlords to modify their properties to optimize energy conservation measures via SPRC. Your building qualifies when at least 66% of your tenants meet our eligibility requirements. Services may include:
- Lighting and refrigerator upgrades
- Pipe, roof and wall insulation
- New smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
- New shower heads, faucet aerators
- Boiler and hot water heaters
- Sealing air bypasses
- Window and door repair
